General Terms & Conditions

1 - Elite Evolution Cheer & Dance CIC or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

2 - Elite Evolution Cheer & Dance CIC reserve the right to remove participants from our programme, without refund, if anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

3 - You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at info@eliteevolution.co.uk.

4 - You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address above.

5 - Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

6 - You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any highly contagious illness within 48 hours of the class.

Subscription Fees Terms and Conditions:

1. Subscription Fees:

• The subscription fees for Elite Evolution Cheer & Dance CIC are to be paid on a monthly basis in advance.

• The subscription fee amount is £20 per class - reviewed every September

• Payment is via subscription only (unless camps or workshops)

2. 1 Month Advance Notice for Cancellation:

• To cancel your subscription, a 28-day notice period is required.

• Cancellations must be communicated via email to info@eliteevolution.co.uk

• Any cancellations made within the 1 month notice period will result in subscription fees being charged for the following month.

3. Bounced Payments:

• In the event of a bounced payment, an administration fee of £10 will be charged.

• Bounced payments will be automatically attempted again twice on or around 5th and 9th of the month. Any further bounced payments must be rectified by 10th to avoid suspension of services. This is to be done via BACS with the £10 additional fee.

4. Refunds:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• Elite Evolution Cheer & Dance CIC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to subscribers via email.

6. Fees Period

• Class fees are calculated for the year taking account of planned holidays and closures. Thereafter, payments are spread equally across 11 months.

By subscribing to our classes, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
